Need help fixing my css

Problem: Having trouble with positioning and making everything stay the same in different screen resolutions.

Looking at the site at a res of 1600 x 900 is the way it should look. I attached my css file. Any help, suggestions of any kind are greatly appreciated!

Basically need help positioning my divs correctly.

It's a "responsive" grid system that will allow your divs to auto shrink to fit no matter what size screen. Perfect for tablets and mobile browsers.

It has the "media queries" built into the css.
