Menu is behind my banner and cant move it to front (overlapping)

I used Menu Maker 3 to make a menu with sub-menu but its showing behind a javascript banner of JPGs. I have played with the z-index numbers and "moved to the front" but the menu is still behind the banner. The banner is made with jquery.banner-rotator.js

Any ideas ?

Not being familiar with either of those, I could probably still figure it out if I saw the page.
