Can I put in image in the ToolTip popup?

I really like the ToolTip script seen here:

I would really like to use this script to popup an image.

Is this possible?

I would have several thumbnail images - when you mouseover any one of them - the larger pic would popup.

Ideally, I would like a DHTML script to popup the images as seen at this site:
http://www.grandtraverseproperties.com

You mouseover the pics and a larger pics fades into view!
