3D Drop In Notifier Panel won't open automatically

3) Describe problem: I have double checked to make sure that I put everything where it was supposed to go according to the instructions. However, I cannot get the panel to open automatically like the demo does. I have tried setting it to both manual and session (automatic?) The page it should display on is live. I was able to get it to open manually with toggle buttons, but I need it to automatically open when the page loads, like the demo does. My page can be viewed at http://co.morgan.al.us/index.html.
Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There may be other issues, but you should remove the duplicate jQuery Library reference on your page, or the line in red below:

Having multiple, different versions of jQuery library on the same page is inefficient and also could lead to erratic behavior for scripts that use the library on the page.

Thank you very much. I wondered about having different jquery libraries on the page, but wasn't sure if that might be the problem since it worked manually just not automatically. After following your suggestion, it works perfectly and everything else still seems to work also.
