3) Describe problem: Is there a way to have the options such as headerclass, contentclass, mouseoverdelay, etc in a separate document and just have a short init script in the page head? The reason is I will have the script in many pages and wanted to have the flexibility to edit just one document if I need to make changes in the future.

You could paste the whole init part of the script (minus the opening and closing script tags) right at the bottom of the ddacordion.js file.
