Facescroll -- vertical scrollbar not appearing

I have a page located at:
http://workreleaseband.com/sample1/home.html

I have a DIV with a height of 2000 pixels named container-2. I wanted this section to have vertical scroll bars and to not have the default scroll bars that are showing on the page now.

What am I missing?

i had problems with the DD example using IE and added a class rule to the CSS to fix it

how ever the scroll height must exceed the parent DIV height for the scroll bar to show

I am still not seeing the vertical scroll bars and the default scroll bar still appears on the page as well.

Is it possible to have the facescroll bars replace the default vertical scroll bars for an entire page? The only scroll bar I would like to see is the facescroll.
