make menu a floating menu???

3) Describe problem: so I am using this menu, but I would like it be a fixed floating menu...meaning when the page is scrolled down it will stay and always be visible.

Is there a code snippet that can be added to make this happen? If so, please show me where, what, and how. I have googled it and have found a few things, but I cannot get them to work.

Add the highlighted to the css as shown:
