Hello,
I'm using jScrollPane (http://jscrollpane.kelvinluck.com/) horizontally to scroll my content left to right by default the scroll always display.
What I'm trying to do is when I mouse-over on the content then it will show the scroller?
I tried to play with CSS but i think this has to be done through javascript!
