Drop Down Menu's?

Hey guys,

I am not to advanced with HTML yet but was wondering how I am going to be able to make a smooth and small drop down menu for my site.

www.flowish.com - I need to make it so that when you hover over the 'Arcade' Link in the navigation it can come up with a couple of names for my games, then them linking off to new pages...

I had a look at one tutorial here but it really didn't make much sense being new and all...

Any help would be great and I would be very thankful for any suggestions :D

Have you tried looking at the menus that are on this site? You might just find everything that you were looking for.
