HELP: Drop Down Menu And No iFrame Script

Hi guys I'm going really really creazy.

I've been looking for a drop down menu thing like the one in the demo website.

And also it's really interesting that they're not using frames when click on it.
The animation of the side bar going to the left is also interesting.

Any hint for the codes used?
