Hyperlink gremlin

Hi,
I have added a hyperlink to an image of which i use in my email signature.
I get different results with the link depending if its selected on pc or iphone/ipad ?

When i click on it at the pc i am taken to the correct site every time.

When on the iphone / ipad its a differnet outcome.
8/10 you are taken to the main log in screen as opposed to the url that the links specifies.

Any information as to why would be helpfull.

I would think thats got something to do with Facebook wanting you to sign in via the app on iPhone/iPad. I believe that's automatic and dictated by the browser user agent. I know in Mercury browser for iOS you can change the user agent to Chrome or IE8 or something else desktoppy, and you can bypass the app login and go straight to the 'desktop' Facebook, but for the average user, I think the native app would kick in.

But thats what i dont understand because the correct photo has Gign Up & Log In option ?

I'm not sure what you're saying. Both images have sign up and login - just a different format/layout depending on if its the website or app.
