Ultimate Fade In Slideshow Question

I am using the Ultimate Fade In Slideshow on a new site. It looks and works great, but if I remove the code (to create sub-pages), on the new pages the margins are somehow changed making the page look different.

http://www.tonalproductions.com/SteffenConstruction/index.php is how it should look.

http://www.tonalproductions.com/SteffenConstruction/subpage.php is how it looks after removing the slideshow code.

Notice how the header text and menu bar are shifted up. Can't quite figure out why.

Can someone take a look and see if I can tweak the slideshow code to prevent this from happening or if I'm doing something wrong.

I think its because you've tried to comment out JavaScript links in the head section of your web page, like this;

//<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8/jquery.min.js"></script>

Which you can't do outside of closed script tags.

You're in the HTML at this point, so you should use HTML comment tags like this;

<!-- <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8/jquery.min.js"></script> -->
