Script: Iframe SSI script II

I am using the above script which works perfectly on a pc but I am having trouble getting it to work on a mac.
Can anyone help me out with a fix for this script so that it will work in IE on a mac and safari if possible? Even if it were to just display the Iframe at a certain size with a scroll bar in these cases?
Any help will be appreciated!
