Dreamweaver Forms Problem

I have built a form in dreamweaver, but it will not help me figure out how to actually get the form to submit. I need to get it to submit a confirmation email to the person and I need it to tell me what they ordered as well. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm sorry, I must be completely a joke on this webpage, but I searched the php thing for server side functions and for form submit, and neither yielding anything. Should I be searching for something else. Thanks very much
