for the billboard scroller, is it possible to save the content it displays in a single file so i can edit that one file and it will go to all the pages? im gonna have the same content on all the pages and it would be a hassle to go to each page and change it manually.

The easiest way is to use something like SSI or PHP to include the content you wish the Bill board script to display:

SSI includes (http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/ssi2.shtml)
PHP includes (http://us2.php.net/include/)

Your server obviously needs to support one of these technologies (ie: .shtml or .php extension).
