Chrome CSS Drop Down Menu

I have downloaded the Chrome CSS Drop Down Menu and I was wondering if it was possible to use this script with onmouseover and onmouseout?
I have tried it and at the moment it turns on the onmouseover but it does not turn off on the over image back to the orignial state. Is it possible to work around this?

By turn off, I gather you mean hide the dropdown menu? This occurs if you mouseout on the dropdown menu or the menu bar above it. Not sure what you're referring to by onmouseout.
