This is really too general of a question for this type of forum. If you have a specific question about some feature on your page and how you can make that feature more SEO friendly, please start a new thread on the topic.
As the advice given here already in this thread gives you everything you need to learn the basic concepts involved in SEO, I am closing this thread.
