All levels menu generator help

1) Script Title: Thick underline menu

2) Script URL (on DD): http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddlevelsmenu/generator.htm

3) Describe problem: Somehow I can only get the mattblack menu theme to work. When I try a different one (like Thick underline which is what I'd like to use), the scripts break and I see just unformatted text on the page where the menus should be. I did download the theme specific file.

Any ideas on why that would be?

Without further information, the only thing i can guess at is to make sure the classes/ids in the html markup marry with the those referenced in the CSS.
