That's asp - not strictly HTML, and is French for a session, meeting, or court, etc. I'm not sure if that's what the OP had in mind or not. Regardless, it has plenty of examples of links in it.

The simple Link building is used the <a href="some.htm">Text or image</a> tags. this is the simple technique for link from one page to Another page Directly.
