It's a very good menu, but ...

how can I use this menu in a php page?

I’m trying include the htm page in my php code, but the menu is not functioning (does not appear nothing)

This simple code:

Include (menu.htm);
?>


I send email to cake@brothercake.com, but no have return. Can you help me?
