Regarding Jquery Issue

Dear all,

I have a small problem regarding jquery.

This is my site www.techwork.com.au/index.php (index.php is must)

See the very top banners which are fading 1 by 1 & having link Hide Banner on it.
Now see carefully that one banner comes & stays for a while but when banner changes at that time minor flick comes & suddenly new banner arrives.
I just want that one banner should come & stay (which is ok) but when banner changes at that time the current banner should disappear slowly & new one should come slowly & yes no flick :)

Main issue is flick when banner changes.

Hope someone can help :)

Dear all,

Some changes were going on so it may be affecting but now the changes are undone.
Now the thing is page flicks when banner changes.

Dear All,

Thanks for looking into my question & tried giving suggestion. :)
But the thing is it was just a minor thing - It was taking Height as auto in one class. So I identified it & solved :)
Many issues come minor but ya take more time to resolve it. :) haha
