What you're looking for is called a "browser," or HTTP user agent. There are many available. Here is a list of some of them, in no particular order:

WGet (http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/) (not actually a web browser; it's a download manager with the capability to act as an HTTP user agent to download files over the HTTP protocol)
