This type of question is not productive.

For example, in order to answer "Which is the best PHP framework", you would need people who have used every php framework. Perhaps even more difficult would be defining what "best" really means.

In practice, you will mostly get strong recommendations from coders who have only really used one or two (or fewer) - useless for drawing conclusions, good for starting arguments. You don't need to visit many forums to see this proven true.
