All Levels Navigational Menu (v3.02)

3) Describe problem:
Hi I need some help with my website.
I have got it working to a certain fashion, but I would like to put the menus in ssi to make updates easier. I tried this but the links were all wrong giving 404 errors (when I open link the nav does not work correctly in the new page).
What would be the path in the ssi page?
My other problem I want to put image advert in the left colum under the All Levels Navigational Menu. Its shows in DW but not when I load into FF

The live version does not use ssi or the ad link.
Could someone please help me to find out where I have cocked-up.
