Add nav buttons to Image Thumbnail Viewer II

3) Describe problem: I would like to be able to add "Back" and "Next" buttons next to the main image. So when the "Next" button is clicked, the following image would show.

I found an old post (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?8291-Adding-slideshow-nav-buttons-in-Image-Thumbnail-Viewer-II) with the same question, but the solution is not compatible with the current version of the script.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Hi Bud,
Here is a link (http://www.kencreative.com/client_testsites/BDG_ImageGallery/image-gallery.html) to my test page.
Currently, a user can only view an enlarged image by clicking a thumbnail.
I would like the user to also be able to click a Back or Next button, which will change the main image to the previous/following image.

Try the following modified .js file. Then on your page, you can embed next/ prev buttons using the following HTML:
