Can anyone help in wordpress

How to create the video page in wordpress (like ashleyborden.com/video page)need the any one to suggest the ideas for creating videos page... in that i need the clickable links of videos to left side of page and once the link is clicked the video must be played in right side of page.


When you click the link, it should show up in the same video widow as where you see Fitsugar. This is how Ashley Borden is set up. Anytime you click another link, it appears in same spot. This needs to be EXACTLY the same here. Links on LEFT. Video on RIGHT.
