Smooth Navigational Menu (v1.51) Issue with IE8 and IE9

I created a horizontal drop down navigation bar using Smooth Navigational Menu (v1.51). It works perfect in IE7 but the drop downs won't work or even display in IE8 and IE9. What can I do to resolve this issue. Thanks.
