Unusual view of Smoothmenu in IE8,9,10

It is fine on Firefox and chrome
But in IE10, dropdown menu is not appearing very badly.
I tried running this page on IE9 and IE8 too, getting same behavior.

It is fine in IE7.
Someone please help me in getting rid of this.

Works fine here in IE 9. Can you be more specific about the problem? Or - Did you fix it already?
