2 random iframe in one single page in 2 different positions

I've read the post found here:

Which talks about 2 random iframes on a single page. I will like to know if there's any possible way to get the 2 frames in 2 separate positions (not one below the other). I am currently using the script on my page in one position but i will like to use it to refresh the banner on the top of the page. it can be seen here http://airsxm.com
