The more information (specifics!) you offer, the better (and more accurate) response you'll get.

"services" is another word for "sermons". It is also short for church services. I think he wants a clone of that site or, more accurately, a close approximation.

Jamcan, it looks like you're looking for something that is very similar to a recent thread (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?71551-A-page-with-multiple-video-players-%28yt%29-each-having-playlists-with-thumbnails-II) of mine.
The only real difference between your link and my thread is the video sharing company. I'm using YouTube videos.
