CSS Popup Image Viewer Customizing

I've been looking for this for many days and found now.
Is it possible to customize this css code: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/css-popup-image-viewer/P480/

I'm looking exactly what they have in demo, hovering sushi word and zoka coffee, it popups image.
Where is the code for this? I only see the code for the images below, and i want only text link hovering with image.
And also, is it possible to add a link to another page?

Just one question, are you trying to link the image to a sight? Or are you trying to put a link in the caption? Either way, If I understand correctly, what happens is that there is a span tag in which the popups actually are, but are hidden until the thumbnails are mouseovered
