Script Snow Effect (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex3/snow.htm)
When runnng this on Firefox 1.0, it does not work. Only 1 leaf is displayed. Could be normal as the browsercheck only looks for Netscape and IE.
What must be done to make it work for FireFox (Mozilla browser) ?
Thanks,
Didier.

It works for me in the example; maybe your implementation malfunctioned.

Works for me in Firefox (1.0) as well. There is no real distinction between Firefox and Netscape when it comes to JavaScript logic, just fyi.

hhhm..thanks for trying out. I did some tuning of the script because I only wanted to display leaves in my banner and not on the whole page. I also have another dhtml newsscroller in the same banner ! Maybe it's the combination of both scripts.
I will try the original code and see what happens with FireFox. Maybe I did a mistake in my code.
Thanks again,
Didier.
PS : thanks to DD for hosting those nice scripts !

Fixed and now working under Firefox :p The deal is to place the javascript directly beneath the <body> tag. I had some php code between this tag and the javascript. Was no problem for IE but big problem for FireFox ! Who knows why ?
Well, I just moved the javascript "closer" to the <body> tag and everything works fine !
Didier.
