Having trouble getting two scripts to work together

3) Describe problem: Hello! I'm having getting these two scripts to work together on the same HTML page. I can only get one to work. Is there any way of making them both compatible?

Please post the page you are trying to get to work.Otherwise it would at best be a guess as to what the problem is
