I am trying to have people be able to send me email but i want my email address hidden completely. What im trying to say is that when you go to email me by clicking the contact button i want a form to pop up with first name, last name, name of business, state, email address and questions/comments all in different fields. Then by hitting the submit button have it sent to my email address directly. Then after it is sent to go to a confirmation page and be able to go to another page.

form that has the capabiltiy to send the form via email without giving up email address.
By hitting submit button sends the information directly to email address without opening up any program.
Must have the seperate fields with submit and reset.

You need to do it via a server-side script.

It depends on what server side language your server supports. For the most popular PHP language, check here for some good form processing scripts: http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Form_Processing/
