form-validation.js AND jquery.min.js not working together

Hi,
Can any one suggest me what could be the wrong when I submit form.
validation not working.
if i remove jquery.min.js then validation works but my ajex submit not work.
if I put both together it won't works validation but ajex submit works.

Can any one suggest me what could be the problem.

how can i make both work fine?

Are not enough to go on. There are many versions of jQuery and many scripts that could be called form-validation.js.

There could also be other factors at play here.
