All levels navigation menu HELP

Hi,

I have succesfully placed the menu using these instructions (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddlevelsmenu/index.htm).

It runs almost ok.
I cant figure out, Why the drop down menu is scrolling up, When I scroll the window down?

Also, I found out, that when I use the widest screen, the menu float on right.

May It be all caused by css properties?
