I Need Help With A Marquee On My Website

Ok first go to my website www.freewebs.com/broadway-rocks/
ok then on my layout you will see a space with tiny words on it that say: annoying ticker thing. How do i get my marquee from the top of the screen into that space where it belongs??:confused: if at all possible just give me the coding for it:D
