1) Script Title: Flex Level Drop Down Menu

3) Describe problem:
I have internet explorer (IE9) version 9.0.8112.16421
And the flex drop down menu implemented on a page.
But some how the menu is not appearing, once the user scroll the page down.
The same page is working fine in mozilla and chrome
There were some updated related to window 7 on my m/c
