Flexdropdown Menu Conflict with my Classified Modification Upload

1) Script Title: Flex Level Drop Down Menu (v1.3)

3) Describe problem: The flexdropdown.js is conflicting with my classified moderation upload, jquery.uploadify-3.1.min.js! When I remove the <script type="text/javascript" src="{ROOT_PATH}js/flexdropdown.js"></script> from my head, the upload works. This is my board http://www.sonyreaderboards.com

When I remove the flexdropdown.js from my header, it works:
