CNN and FOX News-like TV ticker?

We want to have a news ticker at the bottom the webpage that looks the same as the TV ones for CNN or FOX News.

Our client has HD TV Monitors (1920 x 1080) showing their company homepage in their customer waiting rooms.

So at the bottom of the homepage which we create for them (which actually self-refreshes every 5 minutes), we want CNN or FOX News tickers. Naturally non-clickable/no links etc.

I have looked at the example at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/rsstickerajax/index.htm but it's more for desktop users.

Does dynamic drive have what we want -- something that emulates the actual look and functionality of the TV CNN or FOX tickers?

You could resize the width and use two in div next to each other.

I know this is not what you see on those tv channels you mention but I am not am not sure if one of the local gurus could make them scroll left like you want.
