hello everyone,
i just moved to use php and i need a lot of help...
1) i have an html site, and i want to manage it via php admin, so how do i connect it one to the other (panel to website) , and how to i install html panel that i designed for my admin panel?
2) localhost doesn't work, so i can't so the admin panel, i don't know how it works at all (i've installed WAMPSERVER)

What do you want to accomplish? What have you already tried? What problems did you encounter?
Also, please be sure that you have included all relevant code and/or a link to the page in question.

and how to i install html panel that i designed for my admin panel?you don't "install" html pages. You simply upload them to your server, and view them in your browser.

couple things:
1) are you talking about a live website, or a site on your local machine?
2) if "localhost doesn't work," then you didn't install wampserver successfully.
