Phalanger Integration with VS2010 // IIS 7.5

Does anyone have a layman's guide to setting up Phalanger with VS2010 and IIS7.5? Most of the info on it assumes a huge amount of prior knowledge of PHP and IIS Management.

I'd need something along the line of "Tomy's My First Phalanger Installation Guide".
