1) Script Title:
Text and/or Image Crawler Script 2009 John Davenport Scheuer
2) Script URL (on DD):
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/crawler/index.htm

3) Describe problem:
The crawler script was working perfectly, displaying a series of logos at the bottom of the screen (the block of images shown on the bottom of http://monarchsiding.com )
After adding an image, it has stopped working. Nothing else on the site has changed and in fact the script is still working elsewhere on the same page (the bottom most crawling text).
The code of the image section is here:

<div class="marquee#" id="mycrawler"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="/images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" height="60" width="90"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/leafproof.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/leafproof.png" alt="LeafProof Gutter Systems"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/certainteed.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/certainteed.png" alt="Certainteed Building Products"><img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/mastic.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/mastic.png" alt="Mastic Gutter Systems"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/provia_doors.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/provia_doors.png" alt="Provia Doors"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/tamko.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/tamko.png" alt="Tamko Building Products"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/royal_building_products.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/royal_building_products.png" alt="Royal Building Products"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"><img src="images/crawler_logos/restorationswindows.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/restorationswindows.png" alt="Restorations Windows"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/cellofoam.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/cellofoam.png" alt="Cellofoam"><img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/hayfield_windows.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/hayfield_windows.png" alt="Hayfield Windows"><img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/revere.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/revere.png" alt="Revere"><img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/pellawindows.jpg" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/pellawindows.jpg" alt="Pella Windows"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/airvent.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/airvent.png" alt="AirVent Systems"><img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha">&nbsp;&nbsp; <img src="images/crawler_logos/atlas.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/atlas.png" alt="Atlas Building Systems"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/restorationswindows.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/restorationswindows.png" alt="Restorations Windows"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/sunrisewindows.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/sunrisewindows.png" alt="Sunrise Windows"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/timbertech.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/timbertech.png" alt="Timbertech Decking"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/trex.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/trex.png" alt="Trex Decking"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/monarch_crown.png" alt="Monarch Siding and Windows - Omaha"> <img src="images/crawler_logos/evergrain.png" mce_src="images/crawler_logos/evergrain.png" alt="Evergrain Decking"></div>

<mce:script type="text/javascript"><!--

mouse: 'false',
moveatleast: 2,
neutral: 150,
savedirection: true });
// --></mce:script>

Apologies for the formatting, Joomla's editor is somewhat ugly.
Apparently I've broken the crawler with my addition of an image but I can't find the error.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Solved my own problem. Turns out that TinyMCE was inserting code despite being configured to not do so. The only solution was to completely disable the plugin and edit the html by hand to remove all of the mce references it had added. The reason this came up after an image insertion was that TinyMCE had been installed after the crawler was already up and running and hadn't been used to edit the code since.

Hopefully this is helpful to someone in the future.

Thanks.
