3) Describe problem: Currently the script allows showfrequency of 'always', 'session' and 'integer' only. If there an updated .js version or update that assigns a cookie that will make the pop only appear once per user/ visitor / IP address???

There's a modified version (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29947) of the script here that displays the note once every 24 hours to a user (user is identified by a cookie added to his/her browser).
