Need HTML HELP !!!

I Don't know much about HTML.
I'm trying to do a page for our small cemetery and need to know how to link list items with photos. I can get the list to appear on the page I have so far but don't know how to link text with photos that I have.
This is what I'm trying to recreate, (example)

Well,we don't know what you have done until you show us .

Post a link to what you have and someone will help you get on the right track.

The script is straight forward but you would need some knowledge of html and what a url is and how to change what the script has.
