Need Scripts

Hello DD Guys,
I am pretty new here and i found DD useful and i use DD for pretty much for scripts generators like Favicon and more.

I registered at the forums to know more about scripting and more.

I was searching for Topsite and Job Board scripts pretty much free one right now with well built with most features a paid ones offer.

I know Aardvark is good which i am using right now but i see its not W3C valid nor any of their themes and i am pretty much disappointed with its least performance...

Can you help me to get good free Topsite and Job Board script.....
