HI!
I just wanted to say I have setup my server using debian!

Anyway i was thinking about leasing some space but was looking for a script sorta like cpanel but the no so complicated. It would be able to upload files download files, rename files, edit files with WYSIWYG editor, and that stuff.

Anyone know?

Well, you may actually be asking about a CMS (content management system), not a control panel like cPanel. A CMS lets you do things like upload/download files, edit site pages using a WYSIWYG editor etc on a per site basis. A control panel on the other hand lets you take care of lower level things like set up email accounts, ftp, check stat logs etc.

An alternate to cPanel is directAdmin.com You can do a search on Google for direct admin web hosts.
