Smooth Navigation Menu (won't stay in one place).

I used the dynamic drive smooth menu:

This is the problem I am having.

The navigation menu moves (goes down the page).
I would really appreciate any help I could get I know that the solution is simple I just havn't been able to figure it out.

The All Levels Navigational Menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddlevelsmenu/index.htm) will prevent things like that from happening.

i used the same menu here...

all i did was put it in its own div and worked like a charm.... take a look at the code if you like, hope it helps you out?
