AnyLink CSS Menu v2.3 and sticky footer problem

I have been using AnyLink CSS Menu 2.2 successfully for years along with a simple sticky footer on this website: www.davisrhinoplasty.com/ (http://www.davisrhinoplasty.com/)

In order to allow the menu to work with iPads, etc., I upgraded to AnyLink CSS Menu 2.3 and set it up on a test server here: http://innervault.com/davis/

The menu is working fine, but now my CSS sticky footer isn't working. I have a big space below the footer now. Is there some incompatibility with the CSS that I am missing?
