If not, you would be better off looking at a CMS that might have to options (and/or plugins) that you need. I'd recommend looking at WordPress, Drupal, or something similar.

Asking someone to provide a complete, customized solution for free is not reasonable.
If, however, you are trying to learn how to do it yourself, please post again with any specific problems you need help with.
